Hotel, ticket and other information specific to Finals Week!
Finals Week
We encourage you to book a hotel through our block during the Drum Corps International World Championships. Please note that housing is not provided by SCV for members on Saturday night after Finals.
Finals week is full of those last rehearsals for SCV and our end of year ceremonies. Ceremonies historically take place on-site at our rehearsal facility on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of that week, but all is subject to change. More information will be given to members prior to finals week.
We end our summer with a banquet for our members. Tickets will be available for purchase here when available.
2024 Banquet Tickets
You’re invited to come celebrate with us at the Santa Clara Vanguard End of Season Banquet at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown on Sunday, August 11! The morning after DCI World Class Finals, we will be hosting this special event – complete with brunch, speeches, and the 2024 Membership Awards – to recognize the incredible season-long achievements of our members, staff, and volunteers.
Tentative Schedule:
10:15 AM – Doors Open
10:30 AM – Brunch Begins
11:00 AM – Program Begins
11:50 AM – SCV Award Ceremony
1:30 PM – Program & Brunch End
The Banquet will take place
When: Sunday, August 11 from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM
Where: Indianapolis Marriott Downtown | 350 West Maryland Street, Indianapolis, IN, 4622
Where: Tickets are $85 per person for banquet. After August 1st the price will adjust to $95 per person. Online sales of tickets are now closed. Day of tickets may be available but not guaranteed.
