Tips For Organizing Your Meet-Up:
- Consider logistics
- Arrange a central point of contact to plan and organize will help keep things clear
- Recommend attendees wear Vanguard gear
- Think about group size
- Pick a meet-up that works for your group size. If needed, you break your meet up into two parts.
- Remind people about the event
- Keep everyone engaged before the event to increase turnout

Tips for Communicating with Alumni:
- Make a Facebook event
- This will give attendees a place to go to organize. Group text messages and chats can be arranged as well!
- Post online
- There is an assortment of alumni Facebook groups where you can get the word out by sharing your Facebook event
- Connect with local alumni and alumni from your year(s)
- Tap into your built-in network to make more people aware of your event.
