Armeen Ghafourpour is a double bassist, percussionist, and music educator who teaches and performs in the Bay Area. He holds degrees in Music Performance, with a Bachelor’s degree from San Jose State University, and a Master’s degree from the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York.
He has over a decade of experience coaching marching band, winter percussion, and drum corps in California, and has been a part of the educational team at the Santa Clara Vanguard since 2015.
