Native Texan and euphonium specialist, Ryan Farris, holds his Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Texas A&M-Commerce. While in attendance at A&M-Commerce, Ryan won the brass division of the university’s Concerto Competition two consecutive years in 2015 and 2016. Ryan also had the opportunity to student teach at five-time Texas State Marching Contest and 2015 TMEA Honor Band winning Marcus High School.
In 2014 and 2017, Ryan marched baritone with the SCV A-corps, aging out as a member of the group’s featured small ensemble. He is very excited to join the Cadet Corps’ educational team for what is sure to be an amazing season!
